Terms and Conditions for online trading between M DESIGNS BEAD LOVE (ABN 53768939301) and you, the user of this website. In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean M DESIGNS BEAD LOVE, the Website Owner and "you" means you the customer or site visitor.

These Terms and Conditions, together with your order, constitute the entire contract between us and you for the supply of products.
No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The contract may not be altered unless agreed to by us in writing or via email.
We ship all our orders via Australian Post, tracking numbers are included with all shipments. Overseas orders are sent using registered post, the cost of registering mail is incurred by the buyer. All purchases come with protective pouches and are bubble wrapped during transport. International shoppers please contact us BEFORE PURCHASING regarding shipping costs at email@example.com
Standard Australia Post: Flat rate AUS $5.00–$15.00
Registered Post to the US: Flat rate starting from $20.00
Most of our pieces are made to order. Our current processing time frame is 1-5 business days, processing time is the time it will take to create and ship your package (not delivery).
If you need an order by a specific date, please send us a message and we will be happy to assist.
Returns and Exchange Policy
No exchange or refund on change of mind or made to order purchases. If an item is damaged during transport you must notify
M Designs Bead Love by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 days of accepting delivery of the product and arrange return of the product within 7 days after such notification. You must provide a proof of online purchase. Please email us for any concerns with this policy.
